Distilled in small batches in an original 19th-century gin still in south-west Scotland, it's made with quality neutral grain spirit and the botanicals (flavourings) unusually include rose petals and cucumber. A bot of a knee trembler at 41.4% proof, try it with ice and a slice of cucumber instead of lemon.
